Confidence returns to Welsh housing market - says RICS
WELSH buyers are starting to return as confidence improves in the housing market, the latest RICS housing market survey has revealed.
The RICS research showed inquiries from would-be buyers rose in Wales last month.
Tony Filice of RICS said: "A certain amount of optimism is being expressed by Welsh chartered surveyors, which is a refreshing way to end the year.
"Hopefully, consumer confidence to buy will also continue into 2013.
