Complaints on increase
THE number of complaints made to the Public Service Ombudsman for Wales rose again over the past year.
In his annual report, ombudsman Peter Tyndall said his volume of work increased by 66 per cent, compared with 2010/11.
Complaints about public bodies were up by 13 per cent, and complaints about health bodies up 55 per cent. He said: "It is a matter of concern complaints are rising at such a significant rate."
