OSPREYS business chiefs have said the club will have to find "hundreds of thousands of pounds" to invest in systems and personnel.

The costs have been revealed as the club prepares to take full control of elite player development within the region from the WRU next month.

Ospreys elite performance director Andrew Hore said the increase in spending was an investment in the future of the rugby region.
