City translation firm scoops skills prize
SWANSEA translation company Wolfestone won the Skills and People Development Award at the South Wales Chamber of Commerce awards in Cardiff's City Hall.
Wolfestone co-founder Anna Bastek said: "The company was set up with the dual values of striving for excellence within the language sector, while ensuring staff are fully involved in the business.
"Working in the language and communication industry means we know the importance of effectively transmitting information, and communication with our employees is an essential component of the company.
"We also pride ourselves in our drive for employees' continuous personal development."
Chamber managing director David Russ said: "Wolfestone has performed exceedingly well over the past 12 months and should, understandably, be very proud of its achievements in winning one of these coveted awards."
