Chico Flores will play for Swansea City against Manchester City despite an arm injury
MICHAEL Laudrup has revealed Chico Flores is carrying an injury picked up in training — but he will be fit enough to face Manchester City on Saturday.
The Swansea City centre-back, who only returned from an ankle complaint at the end of March, has a swollen arm.
Despite the problem, Flores is determined to feature when last season's champions visit the Liberty, and Laudrup insists it will not keep him out of the match.
"Chico has hurt his arm, it has swollen up, although you can't really see under all the tattoos, but he will play," said the Swansea boss.
"There are four or five other players carrying bumps that will also play."
Roland Lamah remains sidelined with a hamstring strain.
