Carmarthenshire hospitals Prince Philip and Glangwili "open an usual"
HOSPITALS in Carmarthenshire are running as normal - but patients are asked to phone up if they can't make their appointments.
A Hywel Dda spokeswoman said both Llanelli's Prince Philip Hospital and Glangwili in Carmarthen, are continuing with appointments, with no snow disruption.
But, she added, patients unable to get to their appointments must inform the relevant departments.
"If you have an appointment and you are unable to travel because of the weather please call the number on your appointment letter to let us know.

Hospitals further west in the board area have been affected by the weather, with clinics cancelled at Withybush and Tenby hospitals due to staff being unable to travel in.
