“The time should be suitable for most fans and 5.20pm on a bank holiday Saturday certainly is. We shouldn't be setting fixtures at times and dates that don't suit most fans just because a few troublemakers.
The answer is to be tougher on the criminals and lock them up. Even when they get caught they get next to no punishment. Lock them up for all weekends when there is a Cardiff v Swansea match and they will soon come to their senses.
I know some on here will blame Cardiff fans. Well just grow up. Just because they cause trouble doesn't mean you have to. Forget about cardiff and concentrate on your own team.”

“I too wonder about the wisdom of this re-scheduling of the kick-off time.
Unfortunately money talks here both for televising revenue and policing costs.
Let us hope that commonsense will prevail both with the fans and the authorities - there is sufficient time available to ensure that this will be the case.
......and let`s hope that Cardiff City are still a going concern come April time!”

“Have the football league and the local police lost their minds??? One of the biggest rivalries in football, with a history of violence is allowed to kickoff on a Saturday evening?? To compound things even further it's a bank holiday weekend? This is a real recipe for disaster.”
