Bus firm has let us down
I AM absolutely disgusted with First Cymru bus service and their lack of access for wheelchair users on several of the buses — which are like something out of the Ark.
As carer for my wife who is chairbound, on many occasions I could not get on the bus because of lack of wheelchair access.
For a multimillion pound company like First this is awful, they certainly don't put their customers first.

“As a wheel chair user are you a customer? Do you pay full fare or do you expect the tax payer to purchase special dipping buses, extended kerbs etc and then do you ride for free?”
