A broken-down vehicle is causing tailbacks on the M4 near Swansea this afternoon. (5pm).
The congestion is stretching back eastbound from junction 44 (A48 Llansamlet) to 45 (A4067 (Ynysforgan).

“There was far more misery for me on the M6, M5, M50, M42 and M4 on Sunday morning. All of them with reduced speeds, closed lanes and in the case of the M6 and M5... completely closed with very poor diversion signs. Considering it was 03:30AM I bet the small town never saw so much traffic in years, everybody was lost and didn't know where to go.
