Branch's big strides rewarded
STAFF at John Francis's Swansea branches have walked away with two of the top awards at the firm's annual event, including Most Improved Branch of the Year.
The four-strong team in Sketty pipped the 20 other offices that make up Wales's largest independent estate agency to the title, while Pat Wootton, who works in the Mumbles branch, was named Part-Time Negotiator of the Year.

The award ceremony saw all John Francis employees enjoy a three-course meal at the Halfway, Nantgaredig, followed by the prize giving ceremony.
Mr Jones continues: "The Oscars are our way of saying thank you to our staff for their commitment and contribution to the business over the course of the year and to recognise these achievements by giving out some richly deserved awards."
