Barefoot and drunk in street
A WOMAN who found herself in the street half-dressed and barefoot has been fined for being drunk in a public place.
Swansea magistrates heard that Emma Rees, 21, of Llangwm, Penlan, had no recollection of being found by antisocial behaviour officers barefoot and without a top on Croft Street, Dyfatty, on September 11.
Police officers were called, and as they put Rees in the back of their car to keep her warm, she laid down and fell asleep.
Craig Harding, represent- ing Rees, said her client had been out celebrating her sister's birthday earlier in the evening.

"Having heard the state of undress she was found in, she is clearly mortified and embarrassed.''
Rees, who admitted the charge of being drunk in a public place, was fined £35, told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £30.
