Barbecue approved
A NEWS report in the Evening Post on Monday suggested an application for a licence to hold an event at Retro Beach, the outdoor part of Retro Bar, in St Mary's Street, Swansea, this weekend was recommended for refusal by Swansea Council.
We have been asked to point out that the licence was approved by the council and the event, featuring an all-day barbecue on Friday and live music with local DJs on Saturday, will be taking place as planned.
