AFAN Lido dropped to tenth in the table following defeat at Connah's Quay.

It was the third time this season that Lido had conceded four or more goals away from home.

Lido were behind after just five minutes after a goal by Jamie Petrie, though they did draw level via Luke Borrelli's fourth of the season.

The home side went back in front through Dean Canning goal, but Lido equalised for the second time thanks to captain Mark Jones on 38 minutes.

But the hosts dominated after the break as they began to find holes in the Lido defence.

Canning grabbed his second of the game in the 55th minute, with Gary O'Toole putting clear daylight between the teams just moments later.

O'Toole added a fifth soon after, with Rhys Healey completing the scoring for the home side.

But Lido did end the contest with a flourish as Borrelli and Jones both scored again to make the scoreline a little less lop-sided.
