“You have to be joking! Whilst working a shift at this Home, I was appalled and alarmed at the lack of care and dignity afforded to the residents of the Home. This was one of the few Homes that I refused to work as a qualified RGN again. I can only think that this Home was tipped off before hand when they had a visit from those who gave out the awards.Outwardly, the Home has a beautiful exterior, wonderful location but look closer......Sarah22”
