Athletic show great promise
CARMARTHEN Athletic Under-8s entertained St Clears and Aberystwyth at home.
The first game against St Clears was end to end with both sides showing tremendous ball skills in attack.
St Clears eventually ran
out 11-9 winners. The Athletic tries came from Aaron Edwards (2), Carwyn Axford (2), Macsen James, Cameron Jones, Dan Thomas, Hedd Llyr and Spencer Thomas.

The second game against Aberystwyth was a much tighter affair with stern defence from both sides.
The Athletic took their opportunities well and ran out 5-3 winners to record their first victory of the season.
