Ashley Williams's diet tips go down well
SWANS and Wales soccer star Ashley Williams has helped teach the next generation of players the importance of a good diet.
The player took members of the Ashley Williams Soccer Camp to Chiquito's Mexican restaurant in Swansea to put into practice their healthy eating studies in the classroom.

Organiser Tyrell Simpson said: "We always hold a healthy eating course to show the youngsters what professional football players eat before and after a game.
"We contacted the restaurant and asked if they would be willing to help us promote healthy eating and to put on pasta and salads for us.
