VISITORS will be able to take a look around a Swansea gallery's studios today when it throws open its doors.

People will be able to talk to contemporary artists at Swansea's Elysium Artist's Studios in Mansel Street between noon and 5.30pm.

The artists will be launching a new exhibition of work to coincide with the event.

There will be artworks on display from Arwen Banning, Amanda Roberts, Carys Evans, Jane Bennett, Tim Warren and Victoria Coyle.

There will also be abstracts on show from Graham Parker, installation work by Denise Kwan, prints by Rose Davies and alternative textiles by Amy-May Northcott.

Exhibitors will also include Anna Hopkins.

The studios are based on the corner of Mansel Street and Cradock Street, opposite the old Albert Hall, above the shops.
