Angry tenant's darts threat against staff
A MAN with a grudge against housing association staff has been jailed after he threatened two female workers with darts.
Keith Perkins, of Windsor Road, Neath, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour when he appeared at the town's magistrates court.
Andrew Fouracre, prosecuting, said Perkins was a tenant of Coastal Housing and alleged he had been evicted by them. He said 51-year-old Perkins then went to the association's Windsor Road office on May 13 to air his grievances and at one point staff spotted Perkins with three darts in his hand.
"He gestured as if to throw them at people behind the counter," said Mr Fouracre.
District Judge Richard Williams imposed a 112-day prison sentence on Perkins. He will serve half of this sentence, less the time already served.
