"This year we decided to give it to the Air Ambulance which we thought was a very worthwhile organisation."
He said the club had been running for the past 12 years and donated funds from the show to a different charity each year.
"I presented the money to Mark Stevens, the regional development manager," he said.
"The air ambulance were over the moon with the donation. They were very pleased."
Mr Barrett said there were around 500 cars at the show, with thousands of motoring enthusiasts travelling from across the country.
He said the money was raised through bucket collections and a raffle.
