"The money is going to buy a new home for the rabbit.

"It will be a new palace for Peter.

"We have made a raised bed area and we are going to turf it so the rabbit has got some greenery.

"The new home for Peter will cost £150 and the rest of the funds will go towards anything he needs.

"He is a home rabbit so he runs around the nursery freely. He goes home with a different family each weekend.

"It is important he has a luxury home that is portable."

She said they wanted to thank everyone who helped them raise the funds.

"The bouncy castle for the activity was donated by one of the parents who runs a business called Tecwin's Twist, so we would like to thank them," she said.

"We would also like to thank Afon Vets in Neath for their support and kindness."

Ms Duford said they all had a great time.

"We would like to thank all the parents, families and children for their support," she said.

"All the children worked so hard to get sponsorship.

"They have really enjoyed themselves. They had a fab time."
