Adjourned
A third female victim was allegedly attacked on October 12 at 12.30am.
Prosecutor Lisa Jones asked city magistrates to decline jurisdiction in the case and asked for Belhadj's case to be dealt with at crown court.
Magistrates agreed and the case was adjourned until October 18 where Belhadj, of Russell Street, Swansea, will next appear at the court by videolink.
No application for bail was made and Belhadj was remanded in custody.
