Accused is cleared of sex charges
A MAN has been cleared of three counts of sexual activity with a child, but jailed for 12 days regardless.
Stuart James Woollard Hughes, 23, of Vicarage Road, had pleaded not guilty to three counts when he appeared at Swansea Magistrates' Court. He was found not guilty after a trial at Swansea Crown Court.
But during the case he failed to attend court, and was jailed for 12 days.
